Tawnya Thompson

Tawnya Thompson Sales and Operations Manager

Tawnya spent 5 years as a Buying Analyst for Loblaw Companies in Toronto, Ontario before joining the Conversational team as its first employee and has been instrumental in building what the company has grown to today. As our Sales and Operations Manager, she is responsible for implementing client accounts, call handling strategies and working with our client base to create custom solutions and ensuring effective, friendly, and professional virtual reception services.

With over 20 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, customer service and sales her skills have been a great asset to Conversational. She is also our beauty industry “Guru” and has helped with our success in servicing the beauty industries supported by our reception services.

Stephanie Schoolfield Billing and Accounts Manager

With over 20 + years of experience in Account Management and Product Development, Stephanie is our highly motivated Billing and Accounts Manager; focused on maximizing sales by managing all accounts systematically and logically. With her consistency, dedicated, and professional attitude she uses her experience and passion to help grow successful business partnerships. Stephanie holds an Associate’s of Applied Science Degree in Business Management and is a Phi Theta Kappa Alumni. As a mother of four she also holds a Master’s & PhD in “Patience.” Offline, you can find Stephanie either court-side, outside, or in the bleachers rooting her kids on. She is a lover of a good meme who enjoys cooking, wine tasting tours, and the sounds of a great music play list.

Krista Blue

Krista Blue Staffing and Training Manager

With over 28 years in receptionist service and management, Krista brings knowledge and respect of the virtual reception service with her to Conversational. Krista has shown terrific leadership and capable training abilities throughout her time with Conversational.

After graduating with a Business Administration Diploma from Holland College, Krista jumped into the role of Operations Manager at Message Centre PEI in 1992. In 2005, after a brief hiatus to raise her young children, Krista quickly moved from Senior Receptionist into a role dispatching emergency services and on to 911 Dispatching with Medacom Atlantic Inc.

In August 2016 Krista accepted the role of Trainer at Conversational Receptionists. Her character and ability to enjoy others have given her the enjoyment of training incoming and current staff in all aspects of reception, from how to answer a call to scheduling appointments and everything in between.

Cindy Lee Quality Assurance Manager

Cindy is dedicated to ensuring that our clients and their callers receive quality service from our receptionist team. She has flourished at this position by bringing her own experiences of having owned and operated her own small business for over 15 years. She realizes the importance of the first client contact and maintaining that relationship through positive interactions and delivering quality service. She enjoys spending time with her husband of over 25 years, their children and grandchild during her down time, and loves that she can assist other business owners and their employees achieve that work/life balance.

Sarah MacDonald

Sarah MacDonald Social Media Marketing Specialist

Sarah comes to us with a strong journalistic background. Aside from her work with Conversational, she also currently writes for and is Managing Editor of Atlantic Canada Rocks, an online and social media-based media publication with over 23,000 followers to date that specializes solely in the music industry. Her skills in this role have given her the ability to make, grow and sustain strong working relationships among artists, management, public relations representatives, and tour management, all while writing much of the blog content as well as managing their social media pages. Sarah also brings over a decade of working experience in various forms of customer service, which gives her a strong knowledge base, as well as leadership skills that allow her to take on various tasks at any given time. Since taking on the role of Social Media Marketing Specialist with Conversational our social media pages and post “likes” as well as post reach among followers have climbed significantly, making Conversational’s pages some of the most visited among our competitors.

Stephane Levesque

Stephane Levesque Senior DevOps Engineer

Stephane is our resident techie and always ensures all technical aspects of Conversational are running top notch any day of the year. After graduating with a Diploma in the role of Computer Programmer Analyst from Holland College in 2016, Stephane joined our team as the Senior DevOps Engineer.

While having a passion for this line of work since his pre-teen years, Stephane has taken his computer hobbies to the next level and used it to grow a robust skillset. Ranging from computer hardware repairs, desktop and server management, Windows and Linux System Administration, Web Application programming, and a security-first take on network/VPN management, he is our jack-of-all-trades for anything related to computer technology.

While off the clock, he enjoys spending time at home watching movies or gaming together with his girlfriend, playing with his cat, or volunteering with local non-profits as a technical consultant.
