“I use Conversational for 7:00 to 7:00 answering. They forward the call to me but then if I don’t answer, they send me a message. Using their service has impacted my business in a very good way. Their receptionists are all very nice and most customers don’t even realize that there is a company answering other people’s phone calls. “I like option where the receptionist gives me a brief intro and asks me whether or not I’d like to put someone into voicemail or take the call. It’s been incredibly convenient for me. We don’t have 24/7 operation so Conversational gives some of the appearance that we do. That’s incredibly helpful.
