Conversational’s answering service is available throughout the Northwest Territories and anywhere in Canada and the United States. There’s no location that is too rural to be serviced by us! As long as you have an internet connection or an existing phone number, you can use our answering service.

Our answering service is available from:

  • Monday – Friday, 5:00 am – 6:00 pm (MST)

 Any call that comes to your line during these hours will be handled by our professional team of answering specialists. You can turn our service on full time, part time, during specific hours only, or as a backup solution. It’s up to you!


Your first month with Conversational is always free. Not “obligated-to-sign-up-if-you-use-our-free-trial” free, but truly, completely, absolutely FREE. That’s how confident we are that you’ll enjoy our service. If you decide to sign up for a paid plan when your free trial period ends, you’ll be able to choose from the following options:

We prefer Conversational than the previous live-answering company we had used before. We like the receptionist service which includes the answering of calls and forwarding them to our staff members. We can receive calls from people who are interested in our business. And if we’re unavailable, there’s a live agent to take a message and we can return the call. The reps from Conversational have been good to us as well. We’ve been happy with their services and we would recommend their services to others.

I had been using Ruby and it was phenomenally expensive as well as they weren’t following instructions. I was paying an arm and a leg and not getting what I wanted. I signed up online with Conversational and then I talked to somebody briefly over the phone for a follow up. They’ve done what I’ve asked them to do and for any issues that I have had, they have been resolved right away. I like the ease of price and I get what I pay for. I’ve been happy with Conversational and I would recommend them.

Conversational has been my “receptionist” for over 2 years, and they are wonderful! Their receptionists are great with my callers, and often go above and beyond my expectations. They are great at handling different types of phone calls, and support is VERY responsive when I’ve emailed with questions. I’m a one-person business; having Conversational handle my calls and schedule clients on my online calendar allows me more time that I can spend face to face with my clients. They are the absolute best, and my secret weapon!
