The best part about a cruise is the opportunity to disconnect. You probably won’t get cell service and you will have to use the computer lounge to check email. During some of the trip, you won’t have any access to the virtual world, which can be quite therapeutic.
Along with disconnecting, you will be able to relax with all types of fun activities, a spa and much more. Since you won’t have to drive anywhere, you can just enjoy your time away without thinking about what you have to do next.
Vacation within Five Hours of Home
Just about every business owner can find a very cool spot within five hours of where they live. When you find the right spot, you can drive there without any hassle and get away fast. This means you can leave on Friday and come back on Monday without missing much and still get the break you need.
No matter what type of place you prefer, just getting away will do wonders for you and your business. Spending time in another city, enjoying the restaurants, taking in an event or any other type of activity can be very therapeutic. This is an inexpensive and quick way to get away for a few days and relax.
Go to Las Vegas
Las Vegas may seem like a place you only go if you love to gamble, but there’s so much more to the city. It’s usually very cheap to fly from just about anywhere to Vegas, and you only need a few days to really take in some of the sights.
If you love the casinos, a three or four day trip will be plenty. If not, you can spend your few days golfing, visiting unique museums, enjoying some of the finest cuisine in the world and so much more.

Those with a lake a few hours away can rent a cabin or stay at a lake resort for a few days. The lake is a peaceful place to get away and enjoy a quick vacation. You can enjoy fishing, swimming, water activities and so much more. Stay at a lake resort and let the staff pamper you for a few days and it will feel like you’ve been gone for weeks.
