We have proactively taken measures to protect each and every member of the Conversational team, which includes remote work.
Fortunately, we’ve been rolling out our remote work protocol for the past year and have designed a system for receptionists that meets our exacting standards for protecting our clients and their customers’ privacy and security.
While many companies are struggling to get their team members up to speed while working remotely, we find ourselves in the fortunate position to be ahead of schedule in this regard – ensuring that your services will be operating smoothly and uninterrupted during this challenging time.
Here to Help: Waiving Overage Fees
Furthermore, in an effort to protect and serve our customers during a period of unpredictable call volumes, Conversational will waive overage fees for all plan levels effective immediately for the month of March 2020. This will benefit all customers who maintain their current plans.
Over the upcoming weeks, we will reassess the situation with the possibility of extension for as long as the current COVID-19 situation remains in effect.
